I had moderately high hopes but not much more than that. However, they more than provided, successfully guiding me to even obscure spots and presenting good knowledge along the way. The driver even allowed for a bonus stop or two on the way back in search of a souvenir. Do be cautious there though, as some of the places stopped at tried to overcharge quite grandly and that proved to be my only sour point of the trip. Nevertheless, this is a caution you can not run from, and has almost nothing to do with the driver. I would absolutely book again and to be honest probably will.

We used Jordanian mappers for all of our transportation needs whilst on a family trip to Jordan in October 2025. We travelled from Amman to Petra, then to Wadi Rum, from Wadi Rum to Aqaba and then to the Dead Sea and finally to the airport. Joseph was amazing at promptly replying to my many emails and was flexible and adaptable at tailoring the transportation needs and giving local insight on timings and the best activity stops. All of the cars arrived on time and all of the drivers were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. I would definitely recomend them and use them again if we ever revisit this beautiful country. We had an amazing trip and having the car and driver booked in advance made it less stressful and meant we could relax and enjoy our visit all the more. Decided we wanted to have a private tour, booking our own hotels and just needed drivers for the journeys between the key sites. After checking the reviews, The Jordanian Mappers came out on top so I contacted them directly. They provided a quotation for everything I needed within minutes. I am glad I chose them as they were excellent. We had three drivers, all were great, Asin and Hisham on single journeys and Morad for multiple and gets the most credit. All spoke very good English and were exceptionally helpful giving us information and tips along the way to help us get the most out of our stay, as well as having a great sense of humour. We were able to travel easily in comfort from Amman to Petra to Wadi Rum to Aqaba to the Dead Sea with multiple stops for sights of interest on the way, plus the transfer to the airport. They are completely reliable and helped us out on occasions when needed. It’s like having someone local and friendly to turn to if/when you may need help or guidance. Also want to mention that Jordan is a great place with so much to see, that made us feel safe and the people are wonderful. Don’t hold back because of conflicts in neighbouring countries. Make the most of the dip in travelers to see Petra, Wadi Rum etc before the crowds return. It’s worth it.

Great driver and service. Very punctual. He came and picked us up right on time and took and dropped us to our designated destination. Driver was very friendly and lovely and also suggested a few places to get gifts that aren’t as expensive as in the touristic areas. Great experience overall. Thank you

We asked Mappers to arrange a tour in Egypt for us after the great experience in Jordan. We agreed on the itinerary and the trip was a great success. Smooth travel arrangements, on time pick-ups, comfortable cars, and a knowledgeable guide. We will be using them again when we next cone to this area.
